The style of the building is in line with “Form Follow Function” concept. This concept emphasizes inside-out design by using Simple Geometric Form to create Horizontal & Vertical Rhythm which makes the building more interesting. Light colors are also chosen to bring out the feeling
of warm and relaxed, when high quality materials are selected for suitability and long lasting.
The interior space utilization, landscape and architectural works are blended to create comfort ambience with broad windows. Furniture and light tone coloring is selected to create spacious feeling.
The foundation is a pile footing, and the structure is a post tension slab-column system.
The structure has less in depth than beam-support slab system which creates more height
for the rooms and the corridors. Wall includes plastered and color coated light-weight blocks.
The block has bubbles inside thus it helps to keep the room cool, and it has more insulating
properties than brick. Laminate flooring is installed with planks at the size of 12 inches and
12 mm. thick which looks very similar to hardwood flooring and is scratch proof.
