	This is the place where oriental scent blends with modern style and become Modern Oriental style. The building is designed with elegant appearance for business purpose but still keep the feeling of warm and safe for residential purposes.

	Public Area and Private Area are partitioned but linked by vertical passageways. Private area in each floor is separated into 2 functions, residential area with more privacy and relaxing ambience.

	Structure is reinforced concrete beam-column system, while the floors are fixed with prefabricated slab except for bathroom and balcony areas which built with cast-in-place slab. Decoration materials, such as terracotta tiles and fiber-cement laths, are used to create more oriental style. The roof is made with modern-style ceramic roof tiles, Prestige tile.
