Steel is used for external design, particularly in sunshade and deck rail,
to represent Modern Oriental Style. Glass is also fitted as the visual linkage
between inside and outside the house which make you feel as part of the
house wherever you are.
Functions are divided into 3 zones, private zone,
public zone, semi-public zone. Each zone is connected with
comfort passageway.
Structure is a design concrete formwork for slab, beam, and column.
Floors are fixed with prefabricated slab except for bathroom and balcony areas
which built with cast-in-place slab. Wall includes plastered and color coated
light-weight blocks decorated with fiber-cement laths. The outside columns are
partly decorated with cladding tiles. Roof supporting structure is steel,
while outer layer made of Prestige tile.
